I had a good stay at Lucky Gem Penthouse, but there were some challenges with housekeeping and hot water access. The suite I booked was clean and comfortable, and I loved the valet parking service. However, I was disappointed that I had to request housekeeping through an outside company after I booked through Booking.com. Overall, the experience was nice, but there's room for improvement.
